THANKS FOR SHARING THE LOVE!

Here are some of the stories from those who have been Tipped Over by your generosity.

SOME TIPPED OVER STORIES

Amani

Bloomington

My customers were regular customers. But this time they said that their pizza just didn’t taste right. I told my boss and we made them another pizza. And let them keep both. When I went to get the bill off the table, they stopped me and told me that I had been tipped over. They wrote the website on the back of a comment card and told me to visit to find out why. Awe man they really made my day!!! Thank you, Ladies. I am a single mother of 4 working and going to school so every bit puts a smile on my face! Thank you!!!

Julie

Bloomington

I work in Bloomington, Ill. I work two jobs to make ends meet since I am a single mom and have 4 kids at home. Well, today I waited on a gentleman named “David Haynes” and he over-tipped me which really made my day. I really was surprised and very thankful. Now my goal is to pay it forward. God is wonderful, and it feels so good when when we can make God happy by doing good for others. Again, I would like this gentleman to know I appreciated his kind generosity. God Bless everyone.

Sandy

East Peoria

I work only one day a week as a waitress in Morton and last Monday I waited on a table of four. It was a pretty busy evening and when I saw the note on their ticket about being tipped over it really warmed my heart! I heard about the program on WCIC radio but to actually be a part of it was a blessing! Two days later my daughter and friend went to the Fillin Station in Washington for lunch. We had a very friendly waitress and decided to pay it forward by leaving her a note and ” tipping over”. I hope it blessed her day!

Amber

Normal

On Friday night I had a table of about 13 older gentleman come into the restaurant I work at in Normal. They ordered six pizzas which amounted to be about $150.00. During their stay, I learned they were attending Eastview Church which is near Carlock IL. The group of men and a few others all knew each other from a few mission trips they had been on, one was to help build soccer fields for kids in South America. I told them how my husband and I were members of Heartland Church in Normal and how he is currently in the Army Reserves after being over seas for the Marine Corps. They left the bill which I wasn’t able to look out till about 30 minutes later since the restaurant was busy. On a $150 check they left $220, that’s a $70 tip!! They did not write you’ve been tipped over but this story is too amazing to not thank the lord! I’m working two jobs and going to school while being a wife to a man in the military. Having that tip was the amount left we needed to get work done on my vehicle before the winter approaches. If anyone knows those gentleman please tell them thank you! They will be added to my prayer card weekly for all there mission trips!!

Pekin

It was during a rush on a Saturday and I was very busy. There was a couple with a small boy and a baby girl. They were very nice and their baby repeatedly tried to take my pens out of my pocket. We joked about it the whole time they were enjoying their meal. As a college student, being tipped over was truly a blessing right now.
