THANKS FOR SHARING THE LOVE!

Here are some of the stories from those who have been Tipped Over by your generosity.

SOME TIPPED OVER STORIES

Carrie

Sevierville

I work at a restaurant in Sevierville and served a wonderful couple who left me $20 on their $40 check. Before dropping it off, I whispered a little prayer that maybe I could make $10. They left me twice that amount. Their blessing kept my spirits up all day and I’ve had a string of blessings following. I wish I could thank them for their kindness.

Amy

Hobart

I work in Hobart, Indiana. I waited on the kindest people from the Salvation Army. I had a really tough table of ladies sitting next to them with the worst potty mouths and complaints and they did not tip me. These blessed folks made my day so much better. Thank you!!

A father and his two sons came into to eat at the restaurant I work at. Shortly after I had dropped off their drinks, one of the sons had knocked over his tea. With tea all over the table, I still kept my cool. I actually wasn’t mad about it at all, even though it was the second time I had to clean up a spill today. We laughed about it as I cleaned up the spill and I brought his son a new tea (this one I had put a lid on) and continued providing them with the best service that I could. In return, this father ended up tipping me $10 on a $24 ticket. Little things like that can go a long way and making one’s day better. Just wanted to share this story and say thanks to the father and two sons for coming in today. Have a great day!

Emden

As I was going through my tickets at the end of my shift an entering my tips, I came across a note written on one ticket. It read that I had been tipped over. Then I looked at my tip! Wow, the table that I waited on left me a 40% tip! I love my job as it rewarding to me to wait on people. The little extra tip made my heart happy, just knowing that I made other people happy. Thank You to the table of four that tipped me over. I felt very blessed!
